Rene retained his Formula 1 championship in 2005 by posting 4 wins and
a second as well as a third. This was enough to hold-off Chris R in 2nd who managed a win and two 2nds
in the 3 races he raced in at the end of the season.In turn this pushed Stephen
down to 3rd as his poor late season form meant he could only back up his Team win with two seconds and a third.Michael Smalley took 4th with an end of season win, three 2nds
and two 3rds.In 5th with two 3rds and a string
of 4ths was Daniel Snipes.
