10/17/2009 The 2009 1964-74 Le Mans Championship is final. Michael Smalley is your winner with three race wins. Terry De Los Santos finishes second, also with three race wins. Craig Williamson and Daniel Snipes tie for third place. This is likely to be my highest placing of the season and I'm proud and humbled to tie for third with a great driver like Daniel. Thomas Lauffenberger grabs fifth. JR Ewing and Eddie Shorer tie for sixth. Both of them have risen up quickly in a tough crowd; look for them to do even more next year. Chris Chan, Christophe Deluy and Gary Woods make up the top ten. Twelfth to sixth were separated by just 1.2 points.

8/15/2009 With just one race left to run in the 2009 OTHG Fly Le Mans Championship, Michael Smalley continues to lead despite a fourth place finish in the recent team race. Terry De Los Santos uses a second in the team race to solidify his position of second in the championship. Daniel Snipes remains third, but sees the gap to fourth shrink. Winning teammates Thomas Lauffenberger, JR Ewing and your author, Craig Williamson, each benefit, with Craig and Thomas both seeing large point gains in fourth and fifth respectively, and JR jumping from ninth to sixth. Bob Beck's no-show for the team race drops him from fifth to tenth, while Eddie Shorer remains seventh. Newcomer Christophe Deluy is now eighth after completing his three race minimum.
The final race in this championship will be contested on Oct. 18 at Gary's Woodside Raceway.

8/1/2009 Just two races remain in the OTHG 2009 1964-74 Fly Le Mans Championship. The results of next meeting's team race at Farrout Raceway could be very important to many of the championship contenders, with Terry De Los Santos and Daniel Snipes in a close fight for second, and fifth through fifteenth all within a few points. Currently we see Michael leading followed by Terry in second and Daniel in third. Craig is fourth, trailed by Thomas and Bob tied for fifth. Eddie is seventh, Gary eighth, JR ninth and ringleader Stephen tenth.

7/11/2009 With four races run, the 2009 OTHG '64-'74 Le Mans Championship is led by Michael Smalley, followed by Terry De Los Santos and Daniel Snipes tied for second. Your author and webmaster is fourth. Thomas Lauffenberger jumps to fifth and Bob Beck to sixth. Fifth through tenth is covered by less than two points.

6/7/2009 With three rounds in, the 2009 OTHG '64-'74 Le Mans Championship top-five remains the same. Jim Wolfe slips into a tie for sixth with Bob Scott.

3/21/2009 Following Round Two of the OTHG 64-74 Fly Le Mans Championship Michael Smalley remains your leader. Terry De Los Santos uses a win in the most recent race to enter a tie for second place with Daniel Snipes. Craig Williamson and Chris Chan are now tied for fourth. Bob Scott slips into sixth displacing JR Ewing down into a tie for seventh with Thomas Lauffenberger.

1/31/2009 After Round One of the OTHG 1964-74 Le Mans class we find Michael Smalley leading followed by Daniel Snipes and Terry De Los Santos. Gary Woods is fourth, then Craig Williamson. JR Ewing makes a nice start to the year in sixth.
