If you felt that championship standings could not be decided in the final race of the year, we hold up the 2008 OTHG Team Championship as proof otherwise. Jim Wolfe holds on as your 2008 OTHG 3-Hour Team Driving champion, and Gary Woods retains second, but all four of the remaining top six places have changed with Tim Weston impressing in a huge leap to third, Michael Smalley squeezing into fourth, and Daniel Snipes settling into fifth. Sixth is a three-way tie between Stephen Farr-Jones, Nigel Rick and Russell Bracher. Personally, I just have to say congratulation to Jimmy, Tim and Russell for providing great team driving to claim three of the top six spots.

With three team wins, Jim Wolfe emerges as the surprise leader of the OTHG 3 Hour Team Championship. Gary Woods and JR Ewing are each moved down one spot to second and third respectively. Daniel Snipes jumps to fourth, followed by a tie for fifth between Stephen Farr-Jones and Michael Smalley.

The OTHG 3 Hour Team Championshp remains a closely fought affair with Gary Woods in first ("Go Gary"), JR Ewing in second (highest placed single win driver), Stephen Farr-Jones stacking the deck in the most recent race to take third, Craig Williamson in fourth, and fifth a tie between aces Terry de los Santos and Michael Smalley. Several drivers have two wins each, but with the final race in this series to be held at Stephen's track with 4WD cars, he has to be among the favorites for overall honors.

Race three of the OTHG Endurance Championship resulted in a big shake-up in the standings. With two teams tying for the lead, eight different drivers were rewarded first place points, and with only three races completed adjusted scoring is not yet in effect. The result is a five-way tie for first place with each of the top five having perfect 20 point scores. Gary Woods holds the sixth spot with two wins and a second. Twelve drivers fill the top eight spots.

With two races completed in the OTHG Team Championship, I seem to have led my teammates into a five way tie for first place with me sitting on top with two team wins. It's crowded up here with no less than 12 racers filling the first seven positions. Eight drivers currently hold at least one team race win and five carry only wins in their team scorebook.

The 3-Hour Team Championship is currently topped by race winners, Mike Pawl, Daniel Snipes, Craig Williamson and Jim Wolfe.
